Food Bank
Your Food, Your Choice
Everyone deserves healthy, nourishing food. At Sister Carmen Community Center, our Food Bank offers fresh foods, pantry staples, and household essentials in a welcoming space. Families shop using a self-choice model, so you can pick the foods that best meet your needs. Whether you’re stretching your grocery budget or worried about your next meal, residents of Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and Erie are always welcome. We’re here to help when putting food on the table feels harder than it should.

What to Bring
- A photo ID
- Current proof of address (like a utility bill) that includes your name and address showing you live in Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, Erie, or unincorporated East Boulder County.
How It Works
Our Food Bank is a self-shop model—you choose the foods that are right for you and your family.
- Park in our lot at 655 Aspen Ridge Drive, Lafayette, CO and enter through the East side of the building.
- If this is your first visit–or if it’s been a few years–please come in to complete brief enrollment paperwork before scheduling future appointments. You may also download enrollment paperwork here to print and bring in with you to your first visit.
- Once enrolled, you may schedule an appointment (Schedule Here), check-in with an Advocate when you arrive and wait in the lobby until your name is called.
- If you are walking in with no appointment (this includes first time visitors):
- Add your name to the waitlist on the tablet in the entryway.
- Pick up a beeper. You can wait indoors or anywhere on the property until it sounds. (Beepers only work on site.)
- When your beeper sounds, check in with an Advocate in the Food Bank waiting area.
Transportation & Pick-Up Options
- If you cannot come in person, a friend or family member can shop for you. Please give them your ID and proof of address.
- If you live in Lafayette, you can use the Ride Free Lafayette service to reach us.
- If these options don’t work, call us at (303) 665-4342. We’ll help find another solution.
